We collect information that you provide directly to us when you register as a Company (Buyer) or a Supplier (Seller), or when you interact with the marketplace features.

A. Account & Identity Information

  • Registration Data: Name, professional email address, mobile number, and encrypted password.
  • Business Credentials: Company Name, GST Number, PAN Number, and Business Profile details.
  • Visual Identity: Profile images or business logos you upload (processed and stored as secure data strings).

B. Technical & Location Data

  • Precise Geo-Location: With your explicit consent, we collect GPS-based location data to provide accurate delivery addresses, logistics matching, and localized marketplace discovery.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Firebase device tokens).

C. Transactional & Financial Data

  • Marketplace Activity: Information regarding your Requests for Quote (RFQs), bids, order acceptances, and fulfillment status.
  • Payment Records: Data related to wallet top-ups, commission payments, and transaction history. Note: Sensitive card or bank details are processed directly by our payment partners and are not stored on our servers.

D. KYC & Financial Verification Data

  • KYC Verification Data: To enable secure trading and payment settlements, we collect sensitive information from Suppliers, including Bank Account Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Account Type.
  • Government & Business Identifiers: We collect GST Registration Certificates and PAN details to verify the legal status of businesses on our platform.
  • Verification Documents: We collect images of Cancelled Cheques and other business documents purely for identity and bank account validation purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to fulfill our contractual obligations to you and for legitimate business interests, including:

  • Service Delivery: To facilitate the B2B marketplace, enable RFQ management, and process logistics.
  • Communication: To send automated push notifications regarding order status, marketplace updates, and security alerts.
  • Financial Processing: To facilitate secure payments and billing through integrated gateways.
  • Verification: To verify business identities, ensuring a secure and transparent trading environment for all users.
  • Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and optimize the user experience of the Flutter-based application.
  • Identity Verification: To perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensure a safe, fraud-free marketplace.
  • Financial Settlements: To facilitate the transfer of funds and reconciliation of platform commissions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: To comply with Indian financial and tax regulations (GST/RBI guidelines).

The security of your data is a priority. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and at rest using advanced encryption standards.
  • Authentication: We use secure Firebase Authentication. Device tokens are refreshed upon every login to prevent unauthorized session hijacking.
  • Redundancy: Data is hosted on secure cloud servers with regular backups to ensure service continuity.
  • Secure Storage: All KYC documents and financial details are uploaded via encrypted HTTPS protocols and stored in secure, restricted-access directories on our servers (/storage/uploads/). We do not share your raw bank credentials with any third-party marketing agencies.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We partner with specialized service providers to enhance the Service. These third parties only have access to your information to perform specific tasks on our behalf:

  • Firebase (Google): Utilized for real-time database management, secure authentication, and push notification delivery.
  • Razorpay: Our primary payment processor for all financial transactions. They adhere to PCI-DSS standards.
  • Google Maps API: Used for address auto-completion and distance calculation for logistics.

6. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your personal information in the following situations:

  • Business Transactions: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

  • Inter-User Transparency: Limited business details (Company Name, GST status, Business Address) are shared between Buyers and Sellers to facilitate legal trade and invoicing.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access & Correction: You can update your profile and business details at any time via the "Edit Profile" section in the App.
  • Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
  • Location Controls: You may withdraw location permissions through your mobile device settings, though this will limit logistics and delivery features.
  • Data Portability: You may request a copy of your transaction history for your own records.

8. Retention of Data

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable tax/trade laws).

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are strictly for business-to-business (B2B) use and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
